We co-hosted the first Berlin Health AI Night
With punktum, Vision Health Pioneers and Merantix Momentum, we co-hosted the first Berlin Health AI Night at Merantix AI Campus. The topic was local AI in healthcare.
The Story
On 22 September we co-hosted the first Berlin Health AI Night: The Rise of Local AI at Merantix AI Campus. It is a new recurring evening for founders, engineers, clinicians and researchers working where health meets AI, organised by punktum together with Vision Health Pioneers, Merantix Momentum and PolishTech, with Smart Health Europe as community partner.
Adam Formanek hosted the evening and Tom Sieroń gave a short pitch. Talks came from Dr. Thomas Wollmann (Merantix Momentum) on healthcare AI where the data stays home, Lamborghini Sotelo (Corscience) on agentic AI in medtech development, and Audrey Edgington (Vara) on post-market surveillance for local breast AI, plus a community talk from SPRIND.
The next edition is already in planning. For Polish health-tech founders it is a direct way into Berlin's health AI community.
